Is my wall strong enough?

Our visit on-site is imperative to ensure the wall is strong enough.

What is the delivery time?

It takes between 3 and 4 weeks.

How long is the placement?

The placement lasts half a day.

How many keys do we get?

The doors come standard with 5 keys. It is possible to order more.
There is then a supplement of €35 excl. VAT per key.

Can we take my old door?

Yes

I live on the sixth floor without a lift, is there a supplement to pay?

Yes, from the 1st floor, it is necessary to consider 25€ per additional floor and perhaps the rental of a lift 90€.

Can I choose the finish of my door?

Of course, for most of the models offered, you have a choice of hardware as well as different “wood” or paint finishes.
It is also possible to obtain a nickel hardware model.

How do we pay?

In cash, or by netbanking:

• a deposit of +/-50%
• the balance on placement upon delivery of the keys.

What about VAT?

• If your building is less than 10 years old, the VAT is 21%
• If your building is more than 10 years old, the VAT is 6%.

What about insurance?

Our doors are BOSEC approved, which is worth pointing out to your insurer.

Is there a warranty on the door and the installation?

Yes, it is 2 years on the mechanical parts and 10 years on the placement.
